Information on individual provincial and territorial dosing schedules was provided by the Canadian Nursing Coalition on Immunization (2005). Information on this site may change periodically when new recommendations are announced.

If you are a registered user and move to a different province or territory at a future date, you will have to re-enter your child's information according to vaccination recommendations of your new province or territory of residence. Your username and password will remain the same. Wyeth recommends periodically printing your child's immunization record for hard-copy reference.
